We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, particularly due to illness. Please keep in mind that each appointment time is reserved exclusively for that individual patient and the necessary treatment. Without adequate time to fill the missed appointment, no patient care is possible for that time.

 

We require at least 48 hours notice be given if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to schedule someone who is waiting for an appointment.

 

We reserve the right to charge for cancellations without sufficient notice. Therefore, please try to schedule a time most convenient for you.
